Chandigarh / Shimla: Continuing with heavy daily Kaseload trends, Punjab added 6,083 new cases, Haryana 7,591 AMD Himachal Pradesh 1,773 on Thursday.
While in Punjab six people with Coronavirus died on Thursday, at Himachal Six, including a six-month-old baby, died of Covid-19.
The positivity of a daily case was recorded at 17.03% in Punjab.
Mohali recorded the highest count of 914 cases, while 776 people were tested positive in Patiala, 731 in Amritsar, 670 in Ludhiana, 514 in Jalandhar, 404 in Gurdaspur, 344 in Ropar, 195 in Kapurthala, 189 in Fatehgarh Sahib, 115 each in Ferozepur and Hoshiarpur, 98 in Muktsar, 69 in Faridkot, 61 in Sangrur, 58 each in Barnala and Fazilka, 50 in Moga and 37 in Nawanshahr.
In Haryana, the total number of positive cases of Covid-19 reached 8.20.107 and the total death amount so far 10,085.

9,253 in the age group 15-17 received their first dose while 5,099 was given a prevention dose.
While in Haryana, 1,73,565 people were vaccinated on Thursday – from 77,946 this received their first dose and 86,355 people received their second vaccination.
The total number of vaccine doses managed in a state at 3,76,31,188.
