Guwahati: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has transferred the Gahati High Court, challenges the Special Nia Order recently Absolving Raijor Dal MLA from the constituency of Sivasagar Akhil Gogoi from all charges under the law that violated the law (UPA), 1967.
Akhil Krishna Gogoi said The court has not registered the problem to hear.
Akhil walked out of prison after the Special Nia Court on July 1 released him from all charges under UPA in a case that lodged at the Chandmari police station.
He walked out of prison after 18 months and 20 days.
Previously on June 22, Akhil was released with all charges under the UPA in the case filed with the case of the Chabua Police Station.
Both cases against Akhil are registered in 2019Both, cases are registered in 2019 for the role alleged Akhil in protesting anti-citizenship amendments that cause violence in several places in the state.
He was arrested on December 12, 2019.
The cases were transferred to Nia two days later.
The day after the Court Nia raised it, Akhil visited the constituency of Sivasagar and met the people there.
He told Mederson that the anti-CAA protest would be revived.
“We will continue the anti-CAA movement and do not allow foreigners to live in the state,” Akhil said in Nagaon on Friday.
