Chandigarh: UT Dharam PAL advisor said the final report, including detailed project reports (DPR) and proposal requests (RFP), for waste disposal to energy would only be in the place in January.
Previously, Administration and Municipal Corporation (MC) led to it before the MC’s opinion tax behavior began to apply.
Selection is scheduled in December.
Because it is an important document associated with a waste processing plant, the government does not want to be resolved in a hurry.
There will be detailed discussions before finishing it, the adviser said.
In October, PAL has asked MC officials to coordinate with IIT, Ropar, and aim to complete the DPR and RFP before the code of ethics.
It was only after Pal’s warning in early July that MC House had provided work to IIT, Ropar, in Juliend.
PAL has directed the former Commissioner MC K K Yadav that if the MC cannot complete the technology for processing 100% waste, UT will immediately do it.
PAL said, “The expert committee has recommended the technology.
The MC General House must decide on this problem quickly.
If the MC does not complete technology, the MC must send problems directly to the administration and it will approve it and therefore direct the MC to continue with new technology.
This is a matter of attention The public and MC should not delay it.
“Civic’s body last year has returned a waste processing plant from the Jaypee Group.
MC has decided to submit to private players to improve the machine and manage plants.
MC has invited interest in interest (EOI) to improve and maintenance of plants.
The agenda was ratified at the MC’s house meeting on December 31 last year.
