GUWAHATI: The resistance leaders on Sunday called main minister Himanta Biswa Sarma’s allure to each of the resistance legislators to connect BJP as a”danger to democracy”.
Sarma had left the charm on Saturday following four-time Congress MLA from Mariani, Rupjyoti Kurmi, resigned from the party on Friday and chose to combine BJP.
Condemning the CM’s allure, senior Congress leader and Congress legislator bash pioneer at Assam, Debabrata Saikia, stated:”For the very first timeI have noticed a main minister making this kind of undemocratic opinion.
I encourage him to issue public disrespect to this.” Saikia reported the CM’s charm demonstrates the BJP doesn’t have any beliefs in democracy.
“BJP is the enemy of humor.
It’s a conspiracy to curb liberty of speech,” he further added.
Accusing the BJP of distracting attention from the key issues, he explained:”Congress had consistently raised its voice against corruption throughout the initial term of their BJP-led authorities in the nation.
BJP is deflecting the problems by creating such remarks that are spammy.” “The CM has attempted to deny the presence of opposition.
That is unfortunate since the Constitution of India has clearly defined the role of resistance in politics,” the Congress leader said.
Preventing former PM and BJP stalwart Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he stated:”Atal Bihari ji had consistently favoured a powerful resistance.
Sarma should adhere to this ideology” Congress state president president Ripun Bora also explained:”The ministry has created a totally poor statement.
How do a fascist party know the significance of democracy?” All of India United Democratic Front (AIUDF), that was part of this grand alliance directed by Congress from the Assam assembly elections held in March-April this calendar year, also mentioned this”undemocratic” statements don’t match the CM.
“It’s a critical matter which the CM has transitioned with of the resistance MLAs to join with the BJP.
What exactly does he really mean? It transmits a negative indication for democracy,” AIUDF overall secretary and Sonai MLA Karim Uddin Barbhiya stated.
After resigning from Congress, Kurmi had alleged that the party high command welcomes modest leaders.
But this allegation was reversed by Congress state president Ripun Bora.
“Many Congress leaders are connecting different parties as they’re frustrated and need to stay in power.
They aren’t dedicated to this ideology.” Following Kurmi, Guwahati Congress Committee president Juri Sharma Bordoloi had resigned from the party.
Sources stated that the more Congress leaders intend to give up the party.
Angkita had missing the assembly election against Amguri legislative constituency.
