The feedback I get is mostly defaugter in this category.
We have decided that the arrears of fellow consumers up to 2 kW mentioned in their previous bills will be paid by the government (not the latest bill).

It can be a number of arrears, the state government will shake their delayed bills.
We are there for such consumers.
For them, their bill has been released,” Channi said.
There is no ceiling on the amount of arrears or periods of them where the bill is delayed.
“The bill must be paid by someone and the state government will do it,” he said.
