Chandigarh: The Ministry of Home Union has issued a surveillance circle against Shiromani Akali Dal (sad) Mla Bikram Singh Majithia, who has been ordered in a drug case in Punjab, to prevent it from escaping abroad.
After the pine was registered against Majithia on December 20, Punjab police were teams to raids in various places to capture Majithia and until the archiving of the report, a sad leader was in runaway.
