Chandigarh: The Association of Committee for the Struggle for Multipurpose Health Officer, which consists of a nurse of the National Health Mission (NHM), rises above the five-story building, health services (DHS), Punjab, in sector 34 on Monday and threatening to jump their demands not fulfilled.

Led by Karanjit Kaur (Ludhiana), Ninder Kaur (Muktsar) and Kamaljit Kaur Patti, NHM nurses forced employees and health care and family welfare, Punjab (HSFWP), director to remain inside the building for hours.
Patti said, “We have suppressed our demands for regularization of our services over the past years.
We want to be brought equally to other rankings, but the Punjab government only provides a guarantee.
Today we put a siege into the building and will not move until we are heard and demands We meet.
“Many nurses were seen bringing their babies on their lap while protesting and raising slogans against the Punjab government.
