Mangaluru: Immediately after Energy Minister Sungan Kumar collected more than 1,000 books within five days to be appointed as Minister of Bumavaraj Bommai, Secretary of the Head of Karnataka, also issued a bouquets which was banned by government programs.
Head of Secretary P Ravi Kumar issued circular on Tuesday directing all government offices and institutions not to use bouquets, bouquets, fruits, scarves and mementos during government programs.
Instead, he suggested that Kannada books must be given during the program.
In fact, Minister Sunil Kumar appealed to followers and supporters to bring books instead of bouquets or customary bouquets.
“This direction must be strictly followed by all government departments and institutions under the government,” CS said in a circle.
Toi has highlighted Sunil Kumar, which is Minister of Energy, Kannada & Culture, collects several books after he appealed to followers and supporters.
In fact, the Minister has posted on social media not to respect him with a bouquet of flowers and bouquets.
He has also asked good party workers and sympathizers not to hold a felication program that can cause the spread of Covid-19.
Kumar has decided to donate all the books he received as a gift after being appointed in the cabinet to the public library in Karkala, the election he represented.
