After hearing all parties, HC argues that the CBI probe by the JAMMU unit cannot be said without jurisdiction as directed by the peak court.
The High Court, however, explains that all the shortcomings highlighted by the applicant before the court can be clarified from the peak or alternative court, they can seek further investigation in this matter.
