Bellad, a MLA from Hubli-Dharwad West who’s believed to be in the faction of the party that’s seeking Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa’s replacement, had on Thursday alleged that his telephone was tapped and efforts were about to mend him within a conspiracy, to be able to defame him.
