Bengaluru: The High Court on Wednesday directed the government to publish the required direction to the authorities concerned to take action to eliminate encroachment on the lake and tanks by exercising under the land income law.
Similarly, the Urban Development Department has been told to issue instructions to all cities to take action to eliminate illegal construction on tanks / lakes and their 30 meter buffer zone.
