Bathinda: Three Congress Workers from Zira in the Ferozepur District were killed in an accident on the road when their personal bus traveled by colliding with a country transportation bus near Lohara Village in the district of Moga on Friday morning.
The bus will go to Chandigarh when the passengers participate in the induction ceremony of the new president of the Punjab Congress, Navjot Singh Sidhu.
More than 20 people on both buses were injured, with some of them suffering serious injuries.
Personal bus driver is one of three people who died in the accident.
