JALANDHAR: At a interview of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) employees of Adampur constituency on Sunday, frequent refrain was that the chair should have been awarded to their own party.
BSP’s Punjab unit secretary Vijay Badhan, that was also present in the meeting, but maintained that assembly was held in the directions of their high command to communicate some directions to the party employees.
Discontentment was brewing over the celebration finished’quality’ of chairs given on it.
The opinion was apparent in Adampur assembly also.
The BSP employees pointed out that the party had obtained a lead of about 10,000 votes from this section from the 2019 Communist elections.
There was, but no resistance to cooperation with all the Shromani Akali Dal.
Speaking at the interview, Badhan said employees shouldn’t visit the meetings being organised by Akali Dal independently.
“The party cadres must work throughout the community of own celebration and during coordination committees in constituency level.
To get little tasks employees shouldn’t visit Akali leaders,” he said while addressing the assembly.
“We’ve asked our visitors to take part in the meetings according to directions from our party leadership because our employees are simple individuals and we do not want anyone to say something wrong,” he warranted.
He confessed that a large part of the employees wanted that chair should have been granted to BSP.
As of This Moment, Adampur is represented by SAD MLA Pawan Teenu.
He contested in the chair in 2012 and won, after which in 2017 despite anti-SAD tide he be able to keep the chair.
Adding Adampur, Akali Dal has been able to keep three chairs where BSP has great existence, however SAD has been sitting MLAs.
Both will be Banga and Phillaur.
