CHANDIGARH: Giving appropriate endorsement to production of Malerkotla since the 23rd area of this country, the Punjab cabinet on Wednesday also stripped updating of Amargarh sub-tehsil, that has been part of Malerkotla subdivision, as subdivision or tehsil.
For this, Malerkotla district may have three subdivisions – Malerkotla, Ahmedgarh and Amargarh.
