“After hearing learning advice for the parties and maintaining the facts and circumstances, it is considered wise at this stage that the applicant, at the first time, must join an investigation.
Thus, directed, the applicant will appear before the investigative officer on January 12, 2022, 11 in the morning.
He will fully work together in the investigation of this case.
In terms of his arrest, the applicant will be released to temporary guarantees to the next hearing date with the satisfaction of investigation / arrest, “HC has ordered.
This problem has now been postponed for January 18.
Justice Lisa Gill from HC has passed this order while hearing the petition looking for anticipatory guarantees submitted by Majithia.
He had approached HC after a local court in Mohali rejected the bail petition of his anticipation.
Majithia, who is the Brother of Iprawi Shiromani Akali Dal Sukhbit Singh Badal, was booked on December 20 under narcotics narcotics and psychotropic substances (NDPS) acting in the branch of state crime, Mohali.
