Chandigarh: One person in Hoshiarpur died while 32 fresh Covid cases appeared in Punjab on Monday.
This virus has so far been infected with 599,972 people and has claimed 163.42 lives.
As many as four samples were tested positively in Bathinda, Gurdapur, each in Amritsar, Moga and Patiala, respectively in Pathankot and one in Faridkot, Fazilka, Ferozepur, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Muktsarr, and Tarn Taran.
In the ongoing vaccination drive, 198,984 people were vaccinated 132,806 which received the first dose and 66,178 given the second dose.
