In Pathankot 10 people were tested positive while nine were found infected in Ludhiana, seven each in Bathinda and Jalandhar, each in Mohali and Nawanshahr, each in Hoshiarpur, Sangrur and Tarn Taran, two in Amritsar, Gurdada, and Muktsar, and each one at Fatehgarh Sahib, Faridkot, Fazilka and Ropar.
Additional District Judge Amritsar Ruhee Dugg has stated the Nizampura area as a micro detention zone after five positive cases confirmed.
