Punjab slips on contact contacts

Chandigarh: In a worrying trend, Punjab sees a boost in contacts, the size of the main containment, when experts have warned uptick in cases of viruses in the coming weeks.
Apart from the Chairman of Minister Amarinder Singh set a target ratio of tracing 30 per case, it was less than 15 in the last seven days.

In Punjab, as many as 2,072 samples have been tested positively for the variant of the concern and account for 4% of the total caring variant detected in the country.
