Chandigarh: Kharar Returns Officer-Cum-Sub-Magistrate on Wednesday issued a notice due to violations of the model behavior model to the AAM AADMI Party (AAP).
AAP has deployed Anmol Singer Gagan Mann from the Constituency of the Kharar Assembly in Mohali Punjab Regency as a candidate for the assembly poll February 14.
DM was looking for an explanation within 24 hours after the door-to-door campaign was launched under the Convention of the Arvind KeRriwal party where more than five people were involved.
The officer who again explained that if AAP failed to send his answer in writing within 24 hours, the action would be taken in accordance with the Instruction of the Indian Election Commission (ECI).
Kejriwal, accompanied by party candidates and Punjab AAP President Bhagwant Mann launched the door election campaign to the door on Wednesday from the Kharar assembly segment.
