Chandigarh: The Punjab government on Saturday allows the reopening of schools for all classes from August 2 because it increasingly loosen restrictions given the decrease in Covid-19 cases.
The state government has allowed the reopening of schools for grade 10 to 12 from July 26.
“All schools are allowed to open all classes from August 2.
They will follow the right protocol to ensure Covid-19 behavior is appropriate,” according to fresh.
Guidelines.
The Department of School Education will issue instructions in this matter, he said.
District authorities will continue to ensure strict implementation of all directions about the appropriate behavior of Covid, the word guideline.
Punjab has so far reported a total of 5.99,053 Covid-19 and 16,292 infections death.
