Bathinda: Only a few days before the election of the Punjab Council, Dera Sacha Sauda who was imprisoned by Gurmet Ram Ram has been named one of the accused of the Chargesheet submitted by a special investigation team (sitting) in the case of theft of Grandwara Teacher Burj Jawahar Wala in 1 June 2015.
Chargesheet was filed on Thursday against 11 defendants who covered the Head of Dera and three proclaimed violators (PO), at the Judge Court of Judge Ilaqa in Faridkot.
Chargesheets in other cases of blasphemy related to installing posters in Burj Jawahar Singh and Bargari on September 25, 2015, and revoking the torn yard from beer in Bargari on October 12, 2015, has been submitted.
Chargesheets in cases related to forging police shooting in Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan on October 14, 2015 TOO HADE BEN was submitted.
Tokile is one of the main problems in the election of Punjab which will be held on February 20.
Previously in 2017, the selection of assembly problems had played a major role.
Sit Head Inspector General of the Surnereral Singh Parmar Police spoke to Ti said that the accusation sheet had been submitted against 11 people including the head of Dera, proclaiming harvested violators in Dhuri, Sandeep Bareta and Pardeep Kaler apart from Shakti Singh, Nishan Singh, Singh Baljit, Sukhjinder Singh and Mohinder Bittu (killed in Nabha prison in 2019).
Previously, a Chargeshet was submitted by the head sitting before now retired to dig Ranbir Singh Khathtra where also the Dera Head was made as a defendant but the High Court on January 4, 2020 had ordered to form a new seat and then Punjab had formed a sitting led by Oig Sulinderpal Singh Parmar .
Sitting headed by Parmar twice visited Sunaria Jail Rohtak where Dera Head had been filed in various cases and also visited the Dera headquarters in Sanda.
Sit had stated that according to the investigation, it seemed a conspiracy for the blasphemy of hatching in the headquarters of Dera and the head of Dera knew it.
