Bengaluru: The number of real estate brokers in the state can experience several thousand.
However, almost five years after regulatory law and real estate development, 2016 was enforced, only around 2,787 these agents had registered under the Authority of the Karnataka Real Estate Supervisory (K-Rera).
Actions not only make it mandatory for agents to register, but also tie them to only deal with Rera registered properties.
Reasons for poor registration range from the lack of awareness about mandatory requirements for fears will be responsible.
But one of the main reasons why many leading brokers are not advanced, according to some sales agents, is because the license system is not scientific.
Ayub Khan, President, Association of Indian Realtors (Brai), said: “Realtors currently work in several cities and according to the ra, they must apply for the state of which they operate.
It creates problems and does not need to burden and influence secondary sales .
Although Rera is the main act, each state has a different fee ranging from Rs 1-2 lakh.
“For example, a realtor based in Bengaluru must obtain a license from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana if he wants to do business in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
“Advocates or ca left to practice in any part of the country without such obstacles, so why are a series of different rules for sales agents,” he asked.
With some brokers that are shaken under pressure because of low businesses of all time (secondary sales nearzero in many cities) in the past year and more because of a series of locking, the Indian Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) has taken them because now.
This has been written for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, looking for a single license for brokers to operate throughout the country regardless of the country they have.
“It will allow realtors and all brokers to do business in all states,” said Farook Mahmood, the President of the Founder, Fiabci.
At present, he said sales agents must submit licenses to each state government for primary sales and cannot operate outside the license jurisdiction given.
