Aizawl: The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Mizoram State Branch associated a low recovery rate from the people infected with Covid-19 in Mizoram against the government’s rejection of the state to change the release protocol of Covid-19.
The Mizoram recovery rate was 78.21% compared to 96.80% in India on Monday.
The state branch of the state of Mizoram Ima, Dr.
Rosanglauia said that IMA, the state branch Mizoram had repeatedly asked the state government to change the vaginal protocol, but the government had attached to his weapon.
“Everyone found as positive Covid-19 does not need to be tested again after 10 days unless they experience symptoms of at least 3 days,” Rosanglague said, adding that this protocol was being used by all countries, except Mizoram.
There are no records of people who infect their family members or others after being repatriated after ten days, but the state government has refused to succumb, he said.
Re-testing people infected with Covid-19 after 10 days slowing the disposal process which produces Mizoram projects one of the lowest recovery levels in this country.
Other doctors said that the state government did not dare to change the release protocol due to the pressure of the local level task force that helped the government engine in combating their respective pandemics.
“LLTF leaders, although they do not have medical knowledge, fearing that patients covid-19, without being tested after 10 days will be a spreader,” said the doctor.
There is no one data indicating that those who are dismissed after ten days, have no symptoms for 3 days, spread the Coronavirus, he said.
The irony in Mizoram is that the state government, without consulting medical experts, is used to make decisions about pressure from outside agency.
