Chandigarh: Towards the election of the Assembly in Punjab early next year, Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt) was led by Rajya Sabha MP Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa and former member of the Ranjit Singh parliament, Thursday formed the third front by joining six other regional parties in the country.
