Chandigarh: Observing how the level of abuse in Pradhan Mantri Matru Yojana (Maternity Benefit Program) has risen in other countries, the Punjab High Court and Haryana have directed Director General of the Police Haryana (DGP) to report the progress of the state investigation.
The High Court observed that the scheme intended to provide nutrition and income support to pregnant women and nursing mothers had been dragged into corruption by influential people in the system.
Furthermore, observing: “SP HANSAN (police supervisor) handed over that since the banking institutions did not work together and the scandal was interstate, some beneficiaries of the scheme from other countries have received a late investigation rate …
the scheme for social lifters has been sprinkled by people – People who influence the system.
“DGP must appear in front of the court through video conferencing on July 29.
HANSAN SP also has an order to attend.
Justice Fateh Deep of High Court passed this order after hearing the Hansi SP response Nikita Gahlaut on this problem.
This problem reached the High Court when Devraj, 34, a village resident of Sulchani in Narnaund Tehsil from the District of Hisar, filed regular guarantees in the case of misuse of money schemes.
He was accused of cheating, forgery, and violations of the Information Technology Law after 628 Ghost receivers were detected in the Narnaund block.
The scheme each puts Rs 5,000 into a pregnant women’s account and nursing mothers for children who live first.
The total bungling in the Narnaund block is Rs 32 Lakh.
Hundreds of similar cases were reported from other parts of Haryana.
The fraud is committed online by stealing or hacking secret codes or beneficiaries passwords.
Some widewari workers were also ordered.
Bail Petitioner Devraj is used to fill out online forms for beneficiaries, for the RS commission 500.
Behind the bar since April, he claims there is no evidence that he stole ID or password.
He claimed to have been involved because his wife had a name accused of Handwari.
He argued that there were no illegal recipients who were added to defendants.
To verify, the court has requested HANANS SP to accommodate assistance.
