Mohali: Owner Sethi Dhaba, Vijay Kumar aka Sonu Sethi and the other five have been re-ordered by Mohali police on charges of hurting religious sentiments and criminal intimidation.
Vijay Kumar aka Sonu Sethi was accused of allegedly attacking a reporter from a vernacular paper, Sukhwinder Singh Saini and rebuked his turban.
The incident video became a viral on social media.
Setyhi was also arrested in August after he made several women dancing with the songs of Religious Sikh songs in Dhaba during the festival.
Denies allegations, Sonu Sethi, in a message on social media, accusing Sukhwinder Singh Saini harassed and extorted it on the LCD installed outside Dhaba.
He also accused the case that was registered with him because of the proximity of Saini with Sho of Zirakpur.
Too late on Sunday night, Sethi and five others were charged with attacking and robbing sacrificial Sikh journalists from every day of lifetime, Sukhwinder Singh Saini.
Sho, Zirakpur, Onkar Singh Brar said, “We have ordered six people, including the owner of Sethi Dhaba.
They have been charged to loot, hurt and release the turban a journalist.
They have not been arrested,” he said.
In his police complaint, Saini alleged that he was in place for reports on the installation of illegal LCD for advertisements installed in front of Sethi Dhaba, but the owner, along with other people, came and began to struggle, where the turban fell.

Sethi threatened to kill him and escape from the scene.
