Chandigarh: A Haryana Home Office staff announcement Anil Vij collects on charges that leak the secret documents department.
Kapil, an employee with the House Department, was arrested during a minister’s visit at home on Friday night.
VIJ brought this to the notification of Secretary Viji Vardhan who told the Chandigarh police.
The initial investigation revealed that the home secretary office staff had suspicion about the capil about leaking several important documents that covered orders and direction from the Department of the house, especially from VIJ to several unknown sources.
Kapil was under the cid watch too and it was on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
when the trap was placed for him.
Kapil was arrested and Interior Minister Anil Vij himself examined his cellphone in front of the officers and other staff.
