BENGALURU: Karnataka on Saturday declared further comfort of lockdown limitations in 16 areas of this country such as Bengaluru in June 21.
The 16 districts comprise Bengaluru Urban, Uttara Kannada, Belagavi, Mandya, Koppal, Chikkaballapura, Tumakuru, Kolar, Gadag, Raichur, Bagalkot, kalaburagi, Haveri, Ramanagara, Yadgir and Bidar.
For the next stage of the unlock, the government has permitted gymnasiums, restaurants and hotels to start until 5pm.
Also, metro and buses services are permitted to work at 50 percent capacity.
Personal offices may also function at 50 percent capacity in 16 districts which have a positivity rate under 5 percent.
“The newest relaxations will employ to 16 districts which have less than 5 percent positivity,” chief minister BS Yediyurappa said.
Lockdown was expanded in Mysuru district.
