Chandigarh: The Head of the Punjab Congress Navjot Singh Sidhu held a meeting with the Minister of Dalit and Mlaas, second in a week, on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the action plan to resolve the complaint of the Dalit community by the state government was prepared.
“About 20 MLA, including the minister, has a broad consideration and brainstorming session with Punjab Dalit leadership.
They speak in detail about the programs and policies needed for the welfare of the caste community scheduled for the state,” Party spokesman said.
“The detailed action plan to take the problem of Dalit for the recovery by the state government was prepared by still bearing the demands and complaints of the community.
President PCC reaffirmed the party’s commitment to fulfill the agenda of 18 points and do more than what was promised for the early Dalit Community,” he added.
The meeting was attended by Sidhu interactions with congressional workers from various blocks of Nawanshahr Regency together with the President of Work very Singh Gilzian, Kulajit Singh Nagra, Mla Angad Saini, Mla Darshanlal Mangupur and local leadership.
