Silchar: About 100 Non-Cbcs TDC students Universitas Assam in Silchar submitted a request for a warrant in the Gauhati High Court on Tuesday because it did not hold the semester and strange semester exam.
Writ Petition (Petition No.
WP (C) /5601.2021) has been submitted in the High Court by advocating Gautam Chaudhury on behalf of students.
Chaudhury stated that the petition was immediately submitted regarding the ‘deputy chancellor of examination and other relevant authorities on several representations made by non-CBC students who were harmed.
Thus, further exacerbates the future of students and also affects their careers because of not considering these ‘.
This petition stated, “This Writ Petition has been placed before the Gahati High Court to turn on arbitrary actions and discriminate against the Authority of the University of Assam, which affects the career of a large number of TDC students.” The students said that they had submitted around 25 memorandum to the Cachar Deputy Commissioner, the Authority of the University of Assam, test controllers and principals from various universities.
