Manali: Snowfall’s toughest season in nine Himachal District Pradesh has blocked 557 roads, placing 1,757 damaged power transformers, and annoying 124 drinking water supply schemes.
All major tourist destinations, including Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie, Kinnaur, Kasauli, Chail, Kufri, the top of Dharamshala, Solang, Tirthan and many other places, have received fresh snow.
Nine of the 12 Himachal districts have received snow.
Snowfall has cheerful albroughter among tourists and hospitality, farmers and fruit farmers.
While tourists enjoy every moment of snow in tourist attractions, the Governor of Himachal and the minister’s head also looks playing with snow on Sunday.
Shimla City received 8cm snow, while Manali received 20cm snow.
Dalhousie and Bharmur in Chamba Regency each recorded 38cm and 30cm snow.
With more than 45 cm more snow, the depth of snow in the southern portal of the Atal tunnel has increased to more than five feet.
Solang has received snow more than 40cm.
McLeodganj in Dharamshala received snow 30cm, and billing Triunds and beer also wearing a white coat.
The depth of snow in Jalori Pass in Kullu has increased to more than 60cm.
In the Shimla District, Chopal, Chidgaon, Dodra Kwar, FAU, Khara Pathar, Kirki, Kufri, Kumarsain, Rohru, Sarahan, Theog and Kotkhai received moderate snow.
Darcha, Kotlong, Kaza, Koksar and most parts of Lahaul-spiti also received a good amount of snow.
Barot, Janjehli, Thunag, Shikari Mata and Kamru Nag also received more snow.
Haripurdhar, Shillai and Rajgarh in the district of the smear and Chail and Kasauli in the Sanan district also receive fresh snow on Sundays.
According to officials, 557 roads including national highways and states are blocked in Himachal.
Snow removal operations have begun.
But it might need a few days to clean the snow from all the way at the top of the country.
