Chandigarh: To mark the 400th Prakash Purab Tegh Bahadur, Chairman of the Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday virtually laid out the foundation stone Sri Teacher Bahadur, Tarn Taran, directed the Ministry of Finance to ensure sufficient funds for the operationality of the institution.
