A doctor based in Mangaluru has questioned the administrative district of Dakshina and Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) to enter public places such as theater and malls, and direction to college authorities to identify students who do not divee.

Srinivas Kakkilaya, while showing that the Ministry of Health and family welfare has made vaccination fully voluntary, saying a person’s health choice should not lead to criminalization or exclusion.

Kakkilaya said orders like this, which violated the state of the government and the central government, could lead to situations where infected people only need to live in quarantine for two weeks, while non-exiled people can be ostracized by the community for months.
In the letter to the Deputy Department of the Commissioner and Commissioner of MCC, he said there were many reasons for someone who did not take a shot – starting from Covid infection, which prevented him from taking a dose for three months, in addition to other diseases and did not qualify for age.

Quoting the order of October 13 from Deputy Commissioner DK and October 22 from MCC, he said this was not in line with the center directives.

“This can cause quarrels and threats,” he said.
