Chandigarh: After getting a nod of the Chandigarh (CHB) Board of Directors’ Housing Board for reducing reserve prices, CHB, on Friday, issued orders for e-tender 163 Leasge properties, including commercial and 28 Freehold Property housing and 28 housing.
The eligible bidder can bid them from 10am on September 15 to 10:00 on October 8, the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) decided to reduce the price of empty property reserves at the Board of Directors’ Meeting.
It was decided to reduce the price of commercial units with a leashold base of 20% and a housing unit based on 10% leanhold.
The property that has been placed on e-tender includes 28 housing units based on Freehold, 31 housing units with a basehold base and 132 commercial units based on leashold.
In his recent auction, the council received a poor response to the commercial and housing properties based on leashold.
