Guwahati: The Government of Assam will switch to an entirely new e-office at the State Secretariat from 10 May 2023 to facilitate the rapid disposal of office files, which with exercises were stacked for years, and reduced the number of daily visitors to the Sadbhavana Project Secretariat, who would Launched at 1.
“On May 11, 2023, we intend to switch to e-office in the secretariat completely,” Sarma told the Secretariat staff.

Under the ‘Sadbhavana Project’ an online portal will be launched to the public to share their file numbers or upload their request letters and nodal officers from each department will monitor upload and pursue them with the main secretary.
