Guwahati: The newly built road from Pandu to Kamakhya in this city provides its residents not only an alternative route to the temple but also provides lungs to breathe in fresh air.
The road to the temple, one of 51 Peethas Shakti, is on the north side of Hill Nilachal and overlooking the Brahmaputra River.
Hill is on the south edge of the river.
Stretching, which began in Pandu in the city, rose to the temple that gave visitors to the sunrise and sunset scenery.
The construction of the road began in 2018 at a cost of Rs 14 Crore and was almost complete.
Fitness fans can run, take a walk, do yoga and cycle in the morning.
“Come here for jogging or yoga in the morning is a different feeling.
You breathe in the fresh air of the river, feel the beauty and do yoga.
You will feel like in heaven,” said a 52-year-old woman who regularly walk- Walk in the morning.
He said the city has provided lungs that are needed for residents.
“This newly built road has emerged as a point of relaxation for people in the city,” he added.
Apart from fitness fans, Vlogers has started visiting the place to film their vlog.
Satabdi Saikia, vloger based in the city, also made a beautiful vlog in that place.
“I captured the beauty of nature for people who have not visited the place.
This is a new and positive development in the city,” he added.
“You need to relax in a busy world today.
You become unproductive if you stay tired mentally.
So, what’s a better place than this one for people to come and relax?” He asked.
The main road to the temple is from the nursery area.
The aim was to control the crowd during Ambubachi Mela, the largest annual religious church held at Kamakhya Temple.
