GUWAHATI: Assam Dropped two sitting legislators over a week to Covid-19 Later United People’s Party Liberal MLA Leho Ram Boro Reacted to the coronavirus Disease at a hospital in Guwahati on Saturday, a Physician of the medical Centre Stated.

Boro defeated his closest rival of Bodoland Peoples’ Front (BPF) candidate Rangja Khungur Basumatary with a margin of more than 32,000 votes in Tamulpur constituency from the recently concluded assembly elections.
Boro and Narzary were elected to this meeting by constituencies at the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
In a condolence message, leader minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said,”I deeply mourn the premature passing of Tamulpur MLA Leho Ram Boro.
He had been a committed politician and his moving off is a huge loss for the nation.
” Sarma led ministers U G Brahma and Ashok Singhal to be found in the funeral as agents of their state authorities.
Boro’s final rites will be run with complete state honours.
Former chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal also voiced his”deep distress in the early passing of their UPPL legislator who’ll be recalled for his network solutions”.
Bodoland Territorial Council leader Pramod Boro also condoled the death of their legislator and stated that his departure was a”good loss for its Tamulpur area and the whole UPPL household”.
