Panchkula: PMLA Special Court of PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Law) has ordered the Registered FIR on the case of the ponzi scheme accused of submitting a positive Covid Fake report to seek liberation from the hearing in this case.
Dr.
Sushil Kumar Garg, a special judge under PMLA, Haryana, canceled the guarantee of Ram Singh, the defendant too.
The instructions were issued on July 20 during the case of the self-enforcement directorate where on January 23 filed a complaint of prosecution — equivalent to police accusation sheet — against two Directors of Radhe Shyam and Bansi – from Multi-Level Marketing-based (MLM) – Scheme Promoting Companies Future Maker Lifecare Private Limited and FMLC Global Marketing Private Ltd in this case.
About 31 Lakh investors were cheated by the company through a ponzi scheme involving fraud around RS 3,000 Crore.
Ed had filed a complaint of prosecution that was seeking sentences to the defendant and confiscation of attached assets of Rs 261.35 Crore.
Investigation officers have issued a call for RAM Singh.
He then sent an e-mail on July 18, attaching a July 17 report issued by Manglam Diagnostics, Jindal, Rosmacal Road, Aperar, who mentioned him positive for Covid.
In the investigation from the center, revealed RAM Singh never tested positive than the report issued by the negative shows for Covid.

because Ram Singh deliberately avoided his appearance in front of this court by moving instant applications on fake land and with medical reports that seemed to be falsified, the application transferred by him for his liberation from a personal appearance was rejected.
Guarantees were canceled.
Guarantee Bond assurance stands destroyed to the state and its presence is secured through the guarantee of arrest for August 25.
