Chandigarh: MLA Congress from Jalandhar Cantonment Pargate Singh on Tuesday took over as Secretary General (Organization) of the Punjab Congress in front of the Navjot Singh Sidhu State President.
Punjab Political Secretary CM Sandeep Sandhu, who was accused by the previous pargate to make a telephone call to threaten it, faced it, apart from the Minister of Cabinet Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Trip Rajinder Singh Bajwa and Bharat Bhushan Ashu.

Pargates say that administration and officials must be answered to selected representatives.
“We are responsible to people, but executives are not responsible to us,” he said.
