Hubballi: Even when experts warn that someone widespread in front of Covid with the third wave just around the corner, people seem to ignore the Covid protocol.

Former Mla Madhu Bangarappa, who was in Hubballi to join Congress, said that a big meeting should not be held in the middle of a pandemic.
“People crush the events and situations like that change control, which creates more problems,” he said.
