Chandigarh: With unpaid arrears worth around Rs 500 Crore, the Ministry of Education Haryana has continued acceptance to private schools under the Law on Education (RTE).
The Ministry of Education on Saturday released a list for district education officers and basic district education officers to begin the registration process and election of students to be accepted under the RTE Act.
This step is the consequence of litigation sought by Swasthya Shiksha Sehyog Sangthan, an NGO led by Bhiwani Resident Brij Pal Singh Parmar.
He has moved the Punjab High Court and Haryana and also the APEX court against the government Haryana for stopping acceptance under the RTE law.
The source said until the latest acceptance, there were around 1.87 student loscancies at 6,920 state schools.
About 1.25 lakh is applied for vacancies in 2019-20.
Since then, the reception was delayed because the government stopped receiving RTE Act.
The government has recognized these students to state government schools.
“As a result, we move the insults of the court and other processes; therefore, the government has issued a circle and notice to continue the receipt process,” Parmar said.
The resumption of reception will once again complain of the Ministry of Education and Management of private schools with each other.

According to the school, the government has not released a replacement to the majority of schools since 2015-16 in the absence of a formula to complete the replacement of private schools.
“We also have a round copy.
We are in improvements, because we cannot say not on the commands and conditions of the law.
We will obey it.
However, how many students will register in the middle of the session now and how will we accommodate them? School management The private sector is the most vulnerable stakeholder, “said Kulbhushan Sharma, President of the Federation of Private School Associations Haryana.” The government has not yet respected His word for freeing or calming property taxes, no rebates on electricity charges of the last two years of locking and no moratorium which is given for loans.
But, still we are forced to do all this.
We will be happier if the government began to clean our previous payments and improve the payment formula for the current session, “Sharma added.
