Bengaluru: A 25-year-old woman accused a man, who had promised his work, about attacking him sexually in his car recently.
According to Madanahatahalli police, which has registered a rape case, the defendant Harsha Gowda, 26.
The woman told the police that she knew Gowda for several years when she lived in the same area as her.
One day, he allegedly promised to get a job.
“He invited me to meet him and discussed work on January 16,” said the woman.
He met Gowda on Jalan Tumakuru, where he parked his car.
Gowda allegedly took him to his car with the pretext of discussing this issue and then raped him, the police said, quoting him a complainant.
The woman then approached a pro-women organization and rushed to the Madanahatahalli police station to file a complaint.
Gowda has fled because and the police have launched the hunt to find it.
