Bengaluru: A 26-year-old housewife was found hanging from the ceiling of her house near the cengeri on Wednesday.
Acting based on the complaint submitted by parents M Ranjita, the police arrested her husband Manjunath at the cost of suffering-to-suicide.
Ranjita and Manjunath fell in love and married in 2018 even though there were opposition from their parents.
A few months ago, Ranjita gave birth to their second child and lived with his parents for some time.
Last week, he returned to his in-laws’ house.
“Ranjita sounded fighting with Manjunath for the alleged affair with another woman.
On Wednesday morning, she was found hanging inside the house when Manjunath stepped out to walk in the morning.
The incident was revealed when a neighbor, who heard the couple’s child cry, walked to the house and Finding Ranjita depends on the ceiling, “said a police officer.
