Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Yoga has become a part of many daily routines.
People who don’t like gymming, often turn to yoga for their daily physical doses.
It’s best you don’t need equipment to do yoga, only a few rooms and yoga mats you need.
Yoga not only helps improve physical health but also good for your mental health too.
Here are 11 yoga explosions that you must remember before practicing yoga next time.
Not too much
Even if you do some simple asanas, don’t pay too much attention to yourself.
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the easiest, every asana you do does not have to be 10.
Some can be 8, 7 or even lower.
Also, it depends on your daily body and routine.
Weather
Don’t do yoga in extreme weather conditions, like when it’s too hot, too cold or too humid.
Think of your breath
Breathing plays an important role in yoga practice.
Someone should not hold the breath unnaturally until it is instructed by trained.
Breathe normally unless there are special instructions given.
Yoga after eating
Don’t do yoga right after eating.
Wait at least 2-3 hours so that food can settle when you start your practice.
Say no when exhausted
Many people take yoga practice as bright, which is not true.
Yoga sessions can make you sweat like anything.
So, when you are tired or sick, avoid practicing yoga so you don’t pay too much attention to your body.
Take guidance
This is not a rule but the guidelines, don’t practice yoga only.
The best is to find a partner and practice under someone’s guidance.
Only reading and practicing can cause muscle pull or discomfort.
If you do an advanced posture for the first time, it is best to take someone help.
Don’t wear tight clothes
Say not on tight shoes and clothes while doing yoga.
Top rear clothes can limit the movement of ribs and lungs that can produce incomplete breathing.
Bath
It must take a shower after sweaty exercises.
But don’t shower immediately and let the body dry normally before you go to the bathroom.
Menstrual yoga
Don’t do ‘foot up’ (opposite) while menstruation.
Do simple relaxation and respiratory poses when you menstruate.
Post Yoga Workout.
It is recommended not to do high intensity post-yoga training sessions.
Do it before the yoga session if you plan.
Water
Don’t drink too much water between yoga practice.
You can have several gulps of them to overcome your thirst.
Having too much water can make you feel heavy and inhibit your practice.
