In fact, whatever you eat has a direct impact on your skin.
Thus, eat healthy food and increase your dependence on fruits will help your skin in the long run.
Drink plenty of water – I can’t just emphasize this point.
One thing you can’t pass is drinking 3 liters of water every day regardless of the weather.
Water is a gift sent from heaven only for your skin.
Drinking water can help you remove poisons that clean all acne and lumps from the surface of your skin.
