A skin care routine does not have to be complicated to be effective.
But you have to develop several types of skin care routines based on your skin type, daily activities, and nutritional needs so you can be sure you take the best care of your skin.
After the daily skin care regime will also allow you to closer to evaluate your skin for abnormalities.
Here is a simple routine that you can adapt to your needs.
Cleanse: Wash your skin thoroughly every day to remove dirt, debris, pollution, and sweat that has accumulated.
If you have dry or sensitive skin, use only warm water to wash your skin and use a lightweight natural cleanser every few days.
If you have normal or oily skin, make sure to wash it with a soft cleanser every day.
Be sure to brush your teeth before washing your face, because the toothpaste residue can irritate facial skin sensitive.
Moisturize: Except your skin is very oily, you will want to use moisturizers every day to keep your skin dehydrated and healthy.
Your skin requires a moisturizer throughout a good year as cold heat in the room, and the summer sun can both damage your skin.
Protect: Use natural sunscreen if possible, regardless of whether or not you plan to spend a lot of time in the sun.
Sunlight is very damaging and if you get in the habit of applying sunscreen every day, you will never be left without protection.
Most of the rays benefit the sun occurs when the sun rises and sunset.
Never drinks tap water.
Show exit eczema – eczema is a general term for various types of skin inflammation.
This is indicated dry, the skin turns itchy or burning.
When the skin becomes dry and irritated in winter, eczema can flare.

It’s better to choose free fragrant eye cream, because they also tend to be more emollient than ordinary moisturizers.
Skiing and other winter athletes are at a special risk of sunburn, because the snow reflects sunlight.

Even if you don’t hit the slope, you still need a sunscreen protection with SPF 30 or more.
