May be recalled that the 900 meter long flyover with two access ramps to Manyata Tech Park is funded entirely by private companies alike.

BBMP has directed the private companies to build roads from the top Nagawara flyover to Road Service in Outer Ring Road (Hennur to Hebbal side) and another road that connects the service road to the top of the flyover Veerannapalya (Hennur to Hebbal side).
Also has asked the company to provide access grade level of the school Dhee to Outer Ring Road (Hebbal to side Hennur) to Dhee School Road (from under the new flyover).
Officials said that BBMP will not issue a certificate of completion for the flyover when the works mentioned above are not taken “immediately”.
Meanwhile, sources close to the private company said that the company is willing to take on these works.
“If these works is told to us before, we can include them in the initial design.
Now, the flyover is almost ready for the inauguration and a lot of road space used for construction will also be given back to regular traffic,” they said.
