Remove your makeup before exercising because it leads to blocking your skin pores and sweat glands, making it difficult to breathe.
Thus, removing all the recommended makeup through light face washing before you go to the gym.
After washing all your makeup products, it’s time to apply your favorite moisturizer and apply sunscreen to protect your skin from UV light.
Applying roll-on antiperspirant: Because sweating is a very common phenomenon when you hit the exercise.
So you feel protected for your armpit skin so as not to be the main location for bacteria and germs by applying antiperspirant roll-on
Don’t exercise in open hair, always bunch your hair properly even if your hair is short, just explain.
Because it is not possible to wash your hair products every day before exercise, it is recommended to tie your hair if the hair product combined with sweat will clog the pores and cause breadout on the forehead.
Always use disinfectants before using any equipment in the gym, use your own clean towel.
Don’t touch your face during training because your hands are dirty and maybe get a bacterial infection.
So accidentally keep your hand away from your face while exercising.
Maintain distance & use your own products & towels: Social distance golden rules still have the same meaning as before.
Pandemics still surge and exist in large forms, so maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from other people is needed.
Bring your own towels and use toiletrics and your own skin care to avoid the spread of infection or bacteria.
After training skin care
Clean your face after exercising as important as pre-exercise.
Relax after exercise with sweaty face you might start trapping bacteria on your skin.
Thus, splash water on your face to remove dirt, oil and sweat.
Your hair also needs treatment after exercising, so wash with light shampoo but avoid shampooing every day.
Use a towel to dry your hair instead of a hair dryer.
Don’t ignore your body, change your sweaty clothes after your practice because the body tends to sweat and release poisons.
Poison is usually soaked into clothing and can clog the pores and cause body and acne rashes.
Someone should take a quick shower and wear dry and clean clothes, if bathing is not possible to change your clothes.
Your skin may feel a burning sensation due to heat release from the body during and post-practice.
So consider a shower to cool your skin.
Peel your skin, apply serum and ultimately moisturizing the moisturizer on your skin with cooling gel can also be considered effective.
Regular exercise routines are good for your mind and body, but if you don’t keep your skin care on the mind too, it can cause enduring damage.
Fortunately, you don’t have to give a very good skin texture.
