Chef Vijay Dubey from Lalit added, “The cheese plate is one of the easiest DIY things, someone can easily buy a variety of cheeses starting from Rs 200 and accompanied by supermarkets and set it according to individual wishes.
You can increase your plate by adding a sense of adding like peppers, pepper, cumin, parsley, mint, thyme and rosemary.

Chef Sarjyot Keer suggested using a large wooden board to polish cheese boards.

■ if you know from the experience that one type of cheese is always the most popular, buy extra varieties and a little less than cheese that is less familiar
■ There must be a good mixture of hard and soft cheese.
For hard cheese, one can have adult cheddar, Parmesan / Grana Padano, Edam or smoke cheese.
