Even Ayurveda suggests cooking in ground pots, because it involves a slow cooking process that improves the quality and taste of food and also balances nutrition.
But, do you know how to use and spice up soil pots right? No Fret, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently took him to the official Instagram page and shared videos, explaining ground pot seasoning arts before use.
He wrote, “Cooking in soil pots has many health benefits.
However, it is important to know how to spice up them before using it.

Method 1: Using Boiling Water
Soak the ground pot for 8-10 hours before use.
He explained, “When a porous soil pot, soaking it in water makes absorbing moisture where it helps in steaming food and maintains heat.” When finished, put the pan on heat, add water, let it boil, and urinate.
Your land pot is ready for use.
Method 2: Using whole wheat flour
Add some wheat flour into the pan, rub all sides.
He explained, “Rubbing flour helped remove loose mud.” Dust from excess flour.
Now place the ground pot on heat.
Heat until the flour turns black.
Clean with muslin cloth.
Let your cold and pot ready for use.
Benefits of cooking in ground pots
Clay used in making such equipment is alkaline that neutralizes the acid content in food during the cooking process and makes it easier to digest.
Also, food cooked in high ground pots as high as iron, calcium, magnesium, and sulfur.
Also, you can avoid using oil when cooking, because natural moisture comes in enough pots to cook food correctly.
